The Art of Critique: Three Afternoons of Artist Talks

In May 2022, the Frans Hals Museum and Studium Generale Rietveld Academie organize three artist talks at Rietveld’s Fedlev auditorium. These are part of their long-term collaboration The Art of Critique on the question as to what institutional critique means today. In these series of talks, moderated by Melanie Bühler, the artists D’Ette Nogle, Monilola Olayemi Ilupeju, Ahmet Öğüt, Clémence Lollia Hilaire and Simnikiwe Buhlungu will talk about the works they made for the collection of the Frans Hals Museum as part of this project.
